The Annual Membership Fee is S$41.50.  The membership period expires on 31 March each year, so for new members who join after 30 June, the Annual Membership Fees are reduced proportionally, based on the number of full months remaining until the next renewal date. 

The one-time fee for joining the club is currently S$21 (including S$1 PayPal transaction fee).
